MyCardRules Access

Important Update: MyCardRules Access Upgrade Coming Soon

We’re excited to share that we are enhancing your card‑management experience! Beginning March 17, 2026, MyCardRules app will be fully integrated into our Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. This improvement allows you to manage your Shore United Bank debit card controls directly within your account – simply log in and select View Cards – eliminating the need for a separate MyCardRules app or login.

Temporary Unavailability: February 17 - March 16

To prepare for this upgrade, the MyCardRules app will be unavailable from February 17 through March 16.

During this time:

  • You will not be able to access the MyCardRules app.
  • Your debit card will continue to function normally.
  • If you need to turn your card on or off during this period, please contact the bank and we will assist you

What You Need to Know

When the upgrade is complete, you’ll enjoy:

Simplified Access

Manage your card controls directly within Online Banking and Mobile Banking. After logging in, select View Cards within your account to access card controls, no separate app or password required.

A Better, Unified Experience

All your banking tools will be in one secure location, making it easier to monitor and manage your accounts.

Updated, User‑Friendly Interface

A cleaner layout and improved navigation will help you quickly adjust card settings and alerts.

Because this is a new platform, your current MyCardRules settings will not transfer. After March 17, you will need to re‑establish:

  • Alerts
  • Spending controls
  • Preferences

Features No Longer Supported

Two features will not be included in the new experience:

  • My Locations
  • My Regions

All other core card‑control and alert features will remain available.
