Charles Street Condominium Association, and a board member for the Reservoir Hill Improvement Council and Federal Place HOA. He has also taught financial literacy in Baltimore City Public Schools, reflecting his belief in empowering families through education. Outside of work, Richard enjoys reading murder and intrigue novels, cheering on the Orioles and Ravens, and traveling with his husband. He is the proud father of two grown daughters and a grandfather—and recently added a new kitten to the family, who, in true cat fashion, now rules the house.
