A lifelong resident of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Casey Baynard brings more than 22 years of banking and lending experience—and a deeply personal, client‑centered approach to every mortgage she handles. A graduate of Easton High School and Salisbury University, Casey has worked in every area of the lending process, including processing, servicing, underwriting, and closing, giving her a full 360‑degree understanding of the mortgage journey. Before focusing exclusively on residential mortgages, she also served as both a commercial and residential lender.
Today, she specializes in Conventional and Jumbo loans, first‑time homebuyers, construction financing, FHA loans, and bridge financing. Casey believes that buying, building, or refinancing a home shouldn’t feel confusing or impersonal. She stays in constant communication, checking in, simplifying each step, and making sure clients always know what comes next. Her goal is to become the first person clients think of for lending guidance, and to create an experience so smooth they can confidently recommend her to friends and family.
Deeply connected to her community, Casey is an assistant coach for the Easton High School Varsity Softball team, a member of the Rotary Club of Easton, and chair of the Rotary Scholarship Committee. She has also served as Chair of the Talbot County Festival of Trees and the Easton High School After Graduation Committee. Her community work has earned several honors, including the Rotary Club Dave Haslup Service Above Self Award and the Rotary Rookie of the Year Award. Outside of work, Casey is a devoted wife to her husband of 23 years, Jason, and mom to sons Colin and Chris, and to Chase, the family’s lovable labradoodle. She’s a passionate University of Alabama Crimson Tide fan and loves traveling to Tuscaloosa for fall football games. Her family has visited all 30 Major League Baseball parks, and in her spare time she enjoys traveling and running her small business. Whether helping clients build a new home or purchase their next one, Casey brings a blend of expertise, warmth, and dedication that makes the experience truly exceptional.
