A graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics, she has spent 23 years helping clients achieve their homeownership goals—17 of those with Severn Bank. Capucine specializes in portfolio lending, including lot loans, portfolio purchase loans, construction financing, and bridge loans, while also offering extensive experience in secondary‑market purchases, refinances, FHA loans, and VA loans. Bilingual in French and English, she offers a seamless, supportive experience for a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, Capucine and her family—her husband, daughter, son, and their Rottweiler, Rocky—are passionate about restoring and reviving neglected properties in their neighborhood, giving old spaces new life.
