With a mortgage career that began in 2003, Brian Brockmeyer brings more than two decades of experience helping families achieve homeownership with confidence and clarity. A proud graduate of Calvert Hall College High School (’98) and Towson University (Business Administration, ’22), Brian combines deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for guiding first‑time homebuyers. His favorite part of the job is watching clients receive the keys to their first home, an emotional milestone he never takes for granted. Brian’s philosophy is simple: success is measured not by loan volume, but by the trust he earns and the long‑term relationships he builds as a reliable advisor, not just a one‑time lender.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Brian moved to Bel Air in 2005 and has embraced the community ever since. He and his wife, Kristen, purchased their dream home in 2021, where they’re raising their three children, Brody, Estelle, and Lucia—and enjoying the small‑town charm that makes Bel Air special. Outside of work, Brian is a dedicated Ravens and Orioles fan, and he loves making memories with his family, whether relaxing poolside at home, spending summer days in Ocean City, or enjoying winter activities in Deep Creek Lake.
