To Report a lost or stolen ATM or Visa Debit Card:

Immediately deactivate your card by calling 410-758-4900 or 866-546-8273. Please do not send an e-mail to report a lost or stolen card.

* Visa’s Zero Liability Policy covers U.S.-issued cards only and does not apply to ATM transactions, PIN transactions not processed by Visa, or certain commercial card transactions. Subject to timeliness of notification by cardholder of unauthorized use.

  • For customers with existing accounts you may order checks online at Harland Clarke.
  • Before placing your order online, you will need your starting check number and account number.

Please note, if you have either a name or address change OR you do not know the starting number of your reorder, you must bring the check order to one of our branch locations where we will be happy to assist you.

Funds transferred before 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be credited the same banking day, all other transfers will be credited to your account on the next business day.

To access your accounts using the InTouch Telephone Banking service you will need:

  • Your account number
  • The last four digits of your social security or tax I.D. number
  • Your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • First Time Users will use their full social security or tax I.D. number, then select a 4-digit PIN

 In the event you are not able to access your account information using the InTouch Telephone Banking Service, please contact your local branch.

Having insufficient funds in your account can put you at risk for bouncing checks or having your ATM / Debit Card transactions denied. It can lead to embarrassing phone calls and unwanted fees. We offer several options to cover you in the event that you overdraw your checking account.

Basic Overdraft

Our Basic Overdraft service is a discretionary service where we will strive to pay your overdrawn items and charge our standard NSF/OD fee for each item overdrawn. This service is a non-contractual courtesy and is subject to eligibility criteria and may be withdrawn at any time. Payment of your overdraft item is NOT guaranteed. 

Transactions covered by our Basic Overdraft service include:

  • Checks written to third parties
  • Bill payment transactions
  • Pre-authorized automatic debits
  • ACH items

This service is a discretionary courtesy and is subject to eligibility criteria and may be withdrawn at any time. Payment of your overdraft item is NOT guaranteed. 

Transactions covered by our Basic Overdraft Plus service includes:

  • Bill payment transactions
  • Pre-authorized automatic debits
  • ACH items

PLUS

  • ATM withdrawals
  • Everyday Debit Card transactions

Consumers interested in the PLUS service need to notify us at 844-327-7395 (toll free) or visit any of our convenient branch locations to add this additional service to your checking account.


Overdraft Transfer 

If you have other bank accounts with us, you can authorize and set up an automatic transfer in the event you overdraw your checking account. A standard sweep transfer fee for each transfer will apply. To set up Overdraft Transfer, visit any of our convenient branch locations .


Overdraft Line of Credit

You may apply for an unsecured Overdraft Line of Credit, which is tied to your checking account. If your account is overdrawn, we will transfer funds from your credit line into your checking account, up to your credit limit. Interest is charged based on the amount borrowed.
