Important Updates for Online & Mobile Banking Users Beginning September 23, 2016

To better serve you, we will be updating our online and mobile banking systems beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23 through 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2016.  During this time both online and mobile banking will be unavailable.

If you need to make any updates or access your accounts prior to this update, please do so before 3:00 p.m. on Friday September 23, 2016 as the system will not be available for access after that time.

As a result of this update there are a few changes we need to bring to your attention:

1. Online banking customers will no longer need to select from two login options (former CNB or former Talbot Bank).  Effective September 26, 2016, all online banking users regardless of where your account was opened will use the same login option in our Online Banking Center.  Your Access ID and Passcode will not change. 


 

2. Former Talbot Bank Mobile Users will need to uninstall and reinstall the Shore United Bank app on September 26, 2016 to access your accounts via mobile. Please visit the app store associated with your smartphone. The app that is currently in use will no longer be operational as of 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2016.  

3. Quicken, Quick Books and Mint Users will need to modify your settings on or after September 26, 2016 to ensure a smooth transition.  Detailed instructions are available for multiple users and editions by selecting from one of the instruction options below.

In minutes you can see where you are spending your money, how your investments are performing and where you can save money.

To use this service all you need is:

  • An active online banking account with us
  • A valid e-mail address
  • Agree to the PFM terms and conditions
  • Log in at least once every 30 days to keep your account up to date
  • Provide the username and password for each online account you want to add to PFM

Bill Payment

  • Bill Payment is free for the first Access ID on the account. 
  • Additional Access IDs may be issued at a cost of $5.95 each per month.

Expedited Payments

Did you forget to pay a bill?

Expedited bill payment allows you to pay your bills the same day or overnight.  Log in to your Online Banking account to schedule an expedited payment.

Same Day or Overnight Expedited Payment Fee:  $14.95

 

Person to Person Payments

Person to Person payments allow you to securely send funds to anyone in the US through Popmoney.

To send funds, follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your Online Banking account and select Payments.
  • Click on the Popmoney tab within the payment center.
  • Select the account you would like the money to be debited from and enter the payee's mobile phone number, email address or bank account information.
  • Choose the amount and date you wish to send the money and select send. 

Person to Person Payment Fee:  $1.00
