The Avon-Dixon Insurance Agency and The Selective Insurance Group Foundation joined forces to support the positive efforts of the Talbot Historical Society through a $3,000 donation. The Selective Insurance Group Foundation is a philanthropic affiliate of Selective Insurance Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIGI).
“We’re proud to support the Talbot Historical Society and their efforts to provide a balance between growth and conservation in Talbot County,“ said Rich Trippe, President and CEO, Avon-Dixon Insurance Agency.
The donation represents a $2,500 gift from the Avon-Dixon Insurance Agency, and a $500 gift from The Selective Insurance Group Foundation. The donation will help the Talbot Historical Society’s efforts to provide educational opportunities to the citizens of Talbot County so they may learn from the past and use that knowledge to build a future that preserves Talbot County as one of the best places to live.
